We’re excited to announce that James Island Fitness Club is coming back to Shadowmoss Golf & Country Club this summer to host a monthly Power Flow Series!
Our first session will take place on Saturday, June 20th from 8:00–9:30 AM at the Pool House Pavilion and will include light breakfast bites following the class.
This class is open to all ages and fitness levels, with optional light weights incorporated throughout the workout for those who would like an added challenge. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time to settle in and set up your personal space. Mats will be available to borrow, but feel free to bring your own.
