Moss Market Vendor Information

The Moss Market has quickly become one of our favorite community traditions, and we’re thrilled to continue hosting such an amazing lineup of local artists, makers, and creative vendors!

We’re always looking to welcome new faces to the market — if you create handmade goods or locally sourced products, we’d love for you to join us. Simply send us an email with a quick description of what you offer, any menus, pricing and we’ll get back to you.

We currently accept 35 vendors per market, and the fee is $50 for a 10x10 space.

Moss Market Terms & Conditions

1. Applicant hereby authorizes the use of photos and information by Shadowmoss Golf & Country Club for advertisement purposes, including but not limited to all social media, print and website. 
2. We reserve the right to deny any application.
3. Vendors must be purveyors of hand made, locally sourced goods or services. Please email us to enquire about participation.
4. The Vendor is solely responsible for obtaining required permits, licenses and collecting and reporting taxes. 
5. All Vendor will be notified via email, text or phone call in the event of a cancellation due to inclement weather and Vendor deposits will be applied toward a future market. 
6. Vendor is responsible for their own tables, chairs and tents. Electrical will NOT be provided and gas powered generators are not permitted. Vendor is responsible for the set up and break down of their booth space and must leave the area clean. 
7. Vehicles are not allowed to park next to the booth area. This area is reserved strictly for set up and break down. Traffic will be directed by the event staff. Vendor spaces will be marked.
8. Set up begins 2 hours prior to event start time. Break down may not occur until the conclusion of the event. 
9. Vendor cancellations are non refundable. 
10. By registering and agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, a Vendor agrees to be responsible for their own safety, protection of belongings and actions. The vendor further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Shadowmoss Golf & Country Club from any claims and charges arising from participation as a vendor in this Market.
